1. The Probation period of an employee is communicated to them with their appointment letter on the date of joining Inscripts (I) Pvt. Ltd. (“Inscripts”) (generally 3 months).
  2. The Probation period of an employee starts from their date of joining and is applicable till the date they get their confirmation letter. For those employees who join Inscripts on or before the 15th day of any month, the complete month will be counted in the probation period. If the employee joins on 16th or after 16th day in any month, that particular month of joining will not be counted in probation period.
  3. If an employee joins on the 5th of January, then he/she will be a confirmed employee of Inscripts from 1st April onwards, if the probation period is 3 (three) months. If an employee joins on 25th January, then he/she will be a confirmed employee of Inscripts from 1st May onwards, if the probation period is 3 (three) months.
  4. After completing the “Employee Initiation process” the Human Resources Executive of Inscripts (“Human Resources”) takes the employee to his/her respective team which takes care of the complete training process.
  5. Complete technical training is provided by technical trainers to the employees at the time of joining basis the work requirement and per the discretion of Inscripts.
  6. If the employee is rated average or below average during the initial 15 (fifteen) days of training period, he/she is given a verbal warning and a continuous review of performance/progress is done to monitor the improvement.
  7. If there is no improvement seen in the performance post verbal warning and he/she is still rated as below average for continuous period of 1 (one) month of training his/her services can be terminated.
  8. After completion of training process the technical trainers give their feedback on the employee in a Mid Probationary Review Form.
  9. Post training, the employee will fill the Training Feedback Form.
  10. The employees who have been recommended for live projects will be allotted different projects depending on the requirement of the project and their skill sets.
  11. 15 (fifteen) days prior to their confirmation, Human Resources circulates the confirmation appraisal form to their respective supervisors.
  12. Based on the recommendation of the reporting senior to confirm the employee, Human resources will issue the confirmation letter.
  13. If there is a recommendation from the reporting senior to extend the probation period, then the probation period of the employee will be extended for a minimum of 1 (one) month and a maximum of 3 (three) months. This needs to be mentioned in the review form and an e-mail should be sent to Human resources mentioning clearly the period and the reason for extension of probation period.
  14. If the performance of the employee is below satisfactory and there is no improvement in the performance, the services can be terminated as per the termination clause.
  15. The employee shall not be granted leave during the probation period. However, the employee may be granted leave during the probation period in the event of an emergency based on the submission of the requested details and at the sole discretion of Inscripts. In such cases the probation period shall be extended by the number of days leave granted to the employee.

[NOTE: All the copies of communications between the employee(s) (either on probation and/or confirmed employees) and the Human resources of Inscripts must be filed in the personal file of the respective employee for records.]
