LWF Benefits and Claim Procedure

(a) Sickness benefit Scheme:  Under this Scheme, if the employee or any of his family member (Wife, son, Daughter, Father, Mother) is having Kidney issues, Cancer, Heart Ailment, Bypass surgery, AIDS,           T.B, or any such disease, then, amount of Rs. 15,000 will be paid if the expenditure incurred in the treatment or Surgery is up to Rs. 1, 00,000 and Rs. 25,000, if the expenditure is above Rs. 1, 00,000.

(b)  In case of Suicide by the Employee: In case the Factory / Company is closing down resulting into unstable mental condition of the employee and he commits suicide, then amount of Rs 1,00,000 is                 payable to the family of the employee  under this scheme.

(c) Accidental Benefit Scheme:  If an employee is in an Accident while travelling to office from home or from office to home , resulting into any kind of physical disability and he is not in a condition to work,            then amount of  Rs. 10,000 is paid to the employee under this scheme.

(d)  MS-CIT Scheme:  If the employee or any of his family members appears in the MS-CIT examination and gets the First position, then amount equal to 50% of the total fee is reimbursed to the employee                under this Scheme.

(e) Books help Scheme: If a family member of the employee, studying in 11th Standard wants to pursue higher studies, then amount equal to 50% of the total cost of the Books is given to the employee under         this scheme.

(f) General Public Scholarship Scheme:  For Higher Standard after 9th, employee and his family member will get the below mentioned scholarships under this scheme :

  1.  10th, 11th, 12thStandard :   Rs.1500
    1.  13th, 14th, 15th Standard :     Rs.2200
  2.  16th , 17th:  Rs.2200
    1.   For Diploma after 10th   : Rs.1500
    2.  For Degree Courses after 12th: Rs. 4000.

 

(g) Sports Scholarship:  If the Employee or his family member  gets First position in the field of Sports, then the below mentioned scholarship will be paid under this scheme-

                 a)      State Level:           First position at State Level   -   Rs.5000

                 b)      National Level:      National level Scholarships :

                          (i)                 For First Position :  Rs. 7000

                          (ii)               For Second Position : Rs. 5000

                          (iii)             For Third Position : Rs. 3000

                 c)      International level: For first Position at International level :  Rs. 15000

(h)  Foreign Study Scholarship:   For foreign study, to employee or his family member, amount of Rs. 50,000 is given under this Scheme.

(i)  MPSC / UPSC Examination Scheme:  If a family member of the employee clears MPSC / UPSC examination with First class, then amount of Rs. 4000 is given under this scheme.

(j)   IAS / IPS Scheme:  On clearing IAS / IPS examination, amount of Rs. 8000 is given under this scheme.

(k) Sewing Machine Distribution Scheme:  If the employee or any female member of the family is taking Sewing Classes from any of the Govt. Recognised Organisation, then on clearing the Course with First       class, 90% of the Cost of the Sewing Machine will be reimbursed under this scheme.

(l)  Book Publishing Scheme:   If the employee wants to publish his own book, amount of Rs. 5000 is given under this Scheme
