Inscripts offers two types of positions, full time intern and part time intern:
Full time intern will follow the usual attendance policy at Inscripts:
1. You must report to work at the specified time conveyed to you from time to time depending on the company requirements. Later than that will be marked as late. You must clock in atleast 9 hours. Remember, 9 hours is only a minimum guideline - if there is work, more hours will need to be put in!
2. The above accounts for 1 hour at maximum which you may use for lunch, tea, phone calls, other non-work related activities etc. NO NON-WORK RELATED ACTIVITY TO BE DONE AT THE WORKSTATION.
3. You are required to be present for the shift times and days as decided by management as per the requirements of the Company.
4. If you report to work later than the specified time, 3 times a month then salary for 1 day will be deducted from monthly remunerations.
5. The 6th working day of the week (i.e. in most cases - Saturday) is to be considered as a working day and to be a leave only if explicitly decided by management depending on individual applicability.
6. If on any day, work hours are greater than 5 hours but less than 9 hours, then it is treated as a half day and if work hours are less than 5 hours, then it is treated as a holiday.
Unless explicitly stated, the basic premise of this position will be Mon - Fri working (subject to point 5 as stated above), 10AM to 7PM or 11AM to 8PM or 12PM to 9PM. Benefits will be similar to that offered to the employees under probation.
Part time intern will abide by the following attendance policy at Inscripts:

2. The above accounts for 30 minutes at maximum which you may use for lunch, tea, phone calls, other non-work related activities etc. NO NON-WORK RELATED ACTIVITY TO BE DONE AT THE WORKSTATION.
3. You are required to be present for the shift times and days as decided by management as per the requirements of the Company.
