Inspotlight is an initiative to recognise the talent & efforts of our associates who demonstrate excellence through their work.
What Inspotlight Is:
1. An Unbiased Employee recognition program : The jury members for judging the awards in each category will be from a cross functional team and will keep changing
2. Reward and Recognition on Merit : Each Nominee's nomination will be reviewed along with supporting documented proof ( client appreciation / issue resolution/ time to closure/ process improvement / risk mitigated etc.)
3. More than just one award a month : There are different categories of awards created with set criteria for each category, every month nominations can be considered for all the categories and post scrutiny all awards can be presented too in the same month
Award Categories are :
Calmer of Storms- for resolving customer complaints/ fixing burning technical issues
Client Comforter- for proactively closing client queries
Chief Closer – For closing Sales deals
Team Awesome Award- Once a quarter Best Team Award
High Five Award-To be given to Team members for cross collaboration demonstrated at work
Rock star Rookie- To be given to new joiners who demonstrate potential and good performance within 3 months of joining
4.Beyond just reward : Needless to say, the winners of Inspotlight awards will be high potential resources who will be considered for special training and role advancement
What Inspotlight Isn't :
1. An Entitlement : The focus would be more on how an associate went beyond his day to day KRAs to achieve results, merely performing a task which is a part of your job description does not entitle recognition, however task done to the level of excellence would definitely be considered
2. Mutual Admiration Club : Special attention will be given to see the nominations are not coming in based on a mutual understanding between team members ( Oh did I forget to mention? Nominations can be sent by anyone, and not necessarily your supervisor, so if you find a team member / senior teammate who deserves to be recognised, feel free to nominate)
3. A Compulsion : Its not mandatory to have an awardee every month if none of the nominees met the set standards of achievement ( having said that, we know we have many associates who excel at their jobs everyday and we will be happy to reward more than one associate in each category too)
