To hire new and more talent in your Inscripts - this is our "Employee Referral System".
Under this system YOU play a critical role.
How?
a. We will be putting up a list of vacancy's that are currently there in Inscripts at Club Inscripts.
b. If you think your friend or anyone in the family is suitable for that vacancy, do let us know by sending their CV to Business Support.
c. If found suitable, we will call your referral for an interview, and if selected, he/she becomes a member of Inscripts family.
What's in it for me?
a. We pay you (either in cash or in kind) for each and every referral of yours that get selected.
b. The reward for you will vary from post to post that we are hiring.
c. For you to get the reward, your referral should be with Inscripts for 6 months.
d. If you or your referral resigns or his/her services are terminated before 6 months you are not eligible for the reward.
e. Payout of the reward happens with the salary that you will receive when your friend completes 6 months at Inscripts.
